Successful candidates will:

- Candidates must have an active Real Estate license in the state of California.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive thinking and take-charge attitude.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or comparable CRM.
